Annual Report

PCADD is a political subdivision of Pike County Missouri whose mission is to “empower persons with developmental disabilities to succeed”. PCADD strives to be accountable and transparent with regard to the goals and activities of our organization, and funding received from all sources in helping to accomplish our mission. To this end, we have provided the following Annual Reports that summarize this information.
