The Pike County Agency for Developmental Disabilities (PCADD) is a political subdivision of Pike County Missouri authorized to provide for the needs of Pike County citizens with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). PCADD is the “doing business” name of the Pike County Senate Bill 40 board. The Senate Bill 40 statute of Missouri allows individual Missouri counties to levy a county property tax to meet the needs of their citizens with IDD in areas of residential, employment, and related services. PCADD is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors consisting of parents, family members, and other advocates for persons with developmental disabilities who are appointed by the Pike County Commission.
